Welcome
to Our Story

Bridget and Carl first met at a popular local bar, Hogs Wallow. They spoke only briefly that night.  A few days later, thanks to Instagram Stories posted by mutual friends, Bridget realized it was Carl’s birthday. She sent him a DM wishing him the happiest day. They went on their first date a few weeks later and haven't left each other's side since.

Three years later (almost to the date), Carl asked Bridget to drive up the Alta summer road after work. There, with a sunny view of their favorite mountains, he asked her to marry him.  Of course, she said yes.

Carl and Bridget are so excited to celebrate the beginning of this new chapter in their relationship with all the people they love. Every single one of you have helped shape them into the people they are today. In many ways, this will be a celebration of you too - a thank you for all your guidance, love, and unwavering support.

See you at the lake in September <3

TRAVEL DETAILS

We want this to feel like a family weekend at the lake, so we are hopeful to have as many of you as possible staying close to the venue! We've compiled a list of vacation rentals linked below for you to explore. For transportation planning purposes, once you book a spot, please send Bridget or Carl the exact address of your accommodations. Our contact information is also provided in the document below.

If you don't find what you're looking for in the document and would prefer to look for accommodations yourself, the goal is to be in Sebago or Standish Maine, preferably on the west side of the lake.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

When should I RSVP by?

Please submit your RSVP by August 8, 2025.

What is the dress code?

For the Welcome Party, the theme is 'Elevated Picnic', so think sundresses & collared shirts. For the Wedding, we ask you shoot for 'Garden Formal', so think longer dresses & suits. We'd love to see you in fun colors, patterns, and textures!
Please note that the weekend's events are happening on grass, so be mindful when picking shoes!

How do I get to and from the venue?

We are providing transportation. Buses will function like a school bus route and will pick you up near your rental. Please let Bridget or Carl know the exact address of your accommodations once you've booked them so we can plan accordingly. If you plan to drive, ample parking is available on-site.

Can I bring a plus one? Are kids invited?

Our venue has strict capacity limitations. If you have a plus-one it will be clearly marked on your invitation. While we love your kiddos so much and wish they could be part of the festivities, RSVPs are limited to adults only.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

All of the weekend's festivities are planned to take place outside and on a grassy lawn. The reception will be under a tent. Bathrooms will be available and accessible.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please let us know when you RSVP and our vendors will do everything they can to accommodate you. For our welcome party, gluten-free and vegetarian pizza options will be available. Additionally, our reception dinner will be served family style, so you'll have full control over your plate!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5 o'clock in the evening. We prefer that you arrive at least 15-20 minutes ahead of time to find seating. Use of our transportation service is encouraged for easy and timely transportation to the venue!

I still have questions. Who can I ask?

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us! You probably have our numbers, but just in case find our contact info below.
Bridget: (203) 648-3136
Carl: (773) 541-0174
